Homemade Summer Sausage

2 Lbs. Ground Beef 

2 tsp Mustard Seed

1 tsp Liquid Smoke

1/4 tsp Onion Flakes

1 Cup Water               

1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic

3 Tbsp Morton's Tender Quick Cure Salt

Mix all ingredients well in mixing bowl with hands.  Refrigerate in bowl overnight.  Make 2 long narrow loaves and wrap in aluminum foil with the shiny side toward the meat mixture.  Slit bottom of foil in 2 places.  Put in pan and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
